This Privacy Policy governs our practices regarding visitors to our website ("Visitors") who browse without transacting business, as well as visitors who engage our services, request quotes, book sessions, or submit information through our website ("Clients"), and who make use of the various drone photography, aerial media, and related services (collectively, "Services") offered by TiKi Aerial Media.

In addition to our direct collection of information, our third-party service vendors — such as payment processors, business management platforms (e.g., HoneyBook), cloud storage and delivery platforms, and insurance providers — may collect information from our Visitors and Clients. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.

HOW DOES TIKI AERIAL MEDIA USE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION?

We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize our website experience, to provide appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill service requests. This includes scheduling drone flights, delivering aerial photos and video, preparing proposals and invoices, and communicating project details. AERIAL MEDIA AND PROPERTY INFORMATION

In the course of performing our drone photography, videography, mapping, and inspection services, we capture aerial images and video of properties and surrounding areas. These images and data are used solely for the purposes outlined in our service agreements with Clients. We do not sell, distribute, or publicly share aerial media captured during client engagements without the express permission of the Client or property owner, except as required by law.

WITH WHOM MAY THE INFORMATION BE SHARED?

Personally Identifiable Information about Clients may be shared with authorized third-party service vendors solely for the purpose of completing transactions or delivering services you have requested. This may include payment processors, cloud delivery platforms, and business management tools. We may share aggregated, non-identifying information about our Visitors and Clients with affiliated agencies and third-party vendors. We offer the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us or from any agency acting on our behalf.

HOW IS PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION STORED?

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES?

FAA COMPLIANCE AND FLIGHT OPERATIONS

TiKi Aerial Media operates under FAA Part 107 regulations. All drone operations are conducted by FAA-certified remote pilots. Flight data and operational records are maintained in accordance with FAA requirements and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or regulation.
