The materials contained on the Website are provided by TiKi Aerial Media as a service to you for your noncommercial, personal use on an "as is, as available" basis and may be used by you for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that you are using the Website at your own risk. Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to perform drone photography, videography, aerial mapping, inspection, or any other service. All services are subject to separate written service agreements between you and TiKi Aerial Media.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

TiKi Aerial Media provides professional drone photography, aerial videography, aerial mapping, construction documentation, real estate media, property inspections, and related aerial media services throughout Southwest Florida. All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Service descriptions, sample imagery, pricing information, and other content on this Website are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of specific results.

SERVICE AGREEMENTS

All engagements for drone photography, aerial media, mapping, inspection, or any other service offered by TiKi Aerial Media are governed by separate written service agreements, proposals, or contracts entered into between you and TiKi Aerial Media. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and Conditions and the terms of a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

All materials published on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, aerial images, videos, logos, icons, and design elements — are protected by copyright laws and are the property of TiKi Aerial Media or its licensors. These materials may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, resold, displayed, broadcast, or otherwise exploited in any manner without the express written permission of TiKi Aerial Media.

You may download freely accessible material (one copy per page) from this Website for your personal and noncommercial use only, without altering or removing any trademark, copyright, or other notice from such material.

Aerial media (photographs, videos, maps, 3D models, and related deliverables) produced by TiKi Aerial Media for clients is subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, TiKi Aerial Media retains all copyrights to produced media and grants clients a license to use deliverables for the purposes described in the service agreement.

FAA AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

TiKi Aerial Media operates all unmanned aircraft systems (drones) in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. TiKi Aerial Media maintains current FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification and carries aviation liability insurance. All flights are conducted in accordance with FAA airspace requirements, including obtaining necessary authorizations (LAANC or FAA waivers) when operating in controlled airspace.

Information on this Website regarding FAA regulations, airspace rules, or drone laws is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal or regulatory advice.

WEATHER AND FLIGHT CONDITIONS

Drone operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and FAA regulations. TiKi Aerial Media reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any scheduled flight due to unsafe weather conditions (including but not limited to high winds, rain, fog, or low visibility), temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), airspace closures, or any other condition that the remote pilot-in-command determines poses a safety risk. Rescheduling policies are outlined in the applicable service agreement.
